●About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Manager to help oversee our team of Privacy Advisors in Colombia. You'll work closely with the Manager of Privacy Operations to coach team members, monitor performance, and make sure our service stays best in class.
Our Privacy Operations team is at the heart of our service, ensuring fast and accurate removal of customer data from hundreds of sites.
●What You'll Do:
- Support daily operations and coaching for a team of Privacy Advisors.
- Track KPIs and quality metrics, and help drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
- Handle escalations and priority customer issues (including VIP accounts).
- Collaborate with teams across Quality Assurance, Product, and Engineering.
- Lead small projects to improve workflows and customer experience.
- Help maintain a strong, positive team culture in Colombia.
●Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or a similar role
- 2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team.
- Comfortable tracking KPIs and giving performance feedback.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in SaaS or service businesses is a plus.
- Familiar with tools like G Suite, Slack, Jira.
- Passionate about privacy, data rights, and helping others.
