Requirements and responsibilities

Must-Haves: - 5+ years as a DBA. - Deep expertise with MongoDB Atlas (replication, sharding, backup). - Hands-on with AWS RDS (Postgres, MySQL, or SQL Server). 📋 What You’ll Do: - Design, configure & scale MongoDB clusters for performance and resilience. - Administer AWS RDS instances, handling backups, recovery & high availability. - Monitor, tune & optimize database performance across MongoDB & RDS. - Build & test backup/recovery plans to guarantee data integrity. - Collaborate with dev teams on efficient queries, indexing & schema design. - Enforce security best practices, compliance standards & access controls. - Automate routine tasks using Python, Bash or similar scripting. 🌟 Nice to Have: - Oracle DB administration & migration experience. - Familiarity with Google CloudSQL, Yugabyte or CockroachDB. - Experience integrating SQL & NoSQL systems. - Knowledge of Kubernetes & Terraform for infra automation.
