We are seeking a highly experienced Program / Technical Manager to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 12 years of technology experience. The candidate should also have 12+ years of Technical Manager experience with product life cycle experience. The ability to travel is required, and e-Commerce experience is a plus. The successful candidate will have superior oral and written communication skills, as well as proactive communication and follow-up abilities. This role requires self-structure, high organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
