We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Partnerships team as a Partner Success Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our partners to deliver commercially successful programs, such as microcredentials, bootcamps, degrees, and short courses. Your main responsibilities will include promoting and delivering a full suite of products and services, building strong relationships with partners, and identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, experience in building strong partnerships, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with FutureLearn's partners to deliver commercially successful programs
- Promote and deliver a full suite of products and services, including short courses, microcredentials, and degrees
- Build strong relationships with partners and understand their strategies and priorities
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities
- Develop and present data and analysis to help identify programs with high commercial potential
- Manage and extend commercial relationships within high-value accounts
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the higher education and industry sectors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs
- Share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the Partnerships team
