Job DescriptionWe are looking for a technically skilled Implementation Consultant to join our client's professional services team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in software development who are passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll play a key role in implementing configurable Saas software solutions for clients, working directly with end users and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.What you will doWork closely with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows.Translate business and functional requirements into system specifications and configurations.Implement and configure software solutions to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with industry practices and compliance standards.Deliver user training and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities.Provide guidance and technical leadership during implementation, offering best practice recommendations.Travel to client sites as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.What you will needDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 2 years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting.Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.).Understanding of relational databases and SQL.Proven LIMS experienceKnowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.Excellent Thai & English communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
