🚀 Requirements: 🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office software. 🔹 Strong attention to detail and organization skills. 🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 🔹 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 🔹 Familiarity with invoice processing and data entry. 🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 🔹 Must be proactive in identifying and resolving problems. 🔹 Fluent in Spanish and English. 🚀 Responsibilities: 🔹 Manage invoice payments between company and clients. 🔹 Process and resolve invoice deductions. 🔹 Generate administrative and follow-up reports for customers and clients. 🔹 Enter purchase orders and sales invoices into databases. 🔹 Follow up with customers and clients via email regarding orders, invoices, payments, and inquiries. 🔹 Create invoice reports for each purchase and sale. 🔹 Conduct database audits for sales, purchases, and invoices. 🔹 Complete administrative responsibilities and tasks promptly.
