Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and resourceful End-to-End Recruiter to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles across departments and geographies. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and set hiring strategies. - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. - Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with both role requirements and company culture. - Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communications throughout the process. - Present offers, handle negotiations, and manage the closing and pre-onboarding stages. - Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations. - Champion a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint of the hiring journey. Requirements: - Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency). - Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interviewing, and candidate assessment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment. - Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable). - Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
