We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Manager to join our Sales & Sales Support team in Dublin. As an Account Manager, you will ensure the success of current running campaigns, deliver world-class customer support, and cultivate strong partnerships with both internal teams and clients. You will be the main point of contact for client campaign set up and support, resolving client issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will partner closely with the Account Director and your manager to ensure the onboarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires a minimum of 18 months of client-facing experience, marketing or consulting, preferably agency or client-side experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for client campaign set up and support, resolving client issues in a timely manner
- Partner closely with the Account Director and your manager to ensure that the onboarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure agreed-upon campaigns are successful by consulting with clients on their campaign objectives and providing solutions to meet objectives
- Drive growth through ongoing campaign renewals, and increase deal size over time
- Work closely with the Client services team to ensure operational excellence
- Conduct performance calls and provide weekly client reporting / PCA collateral
- Provide input on quarterly client business reviews that result in continuous renewal and incremental revenue
- Provide research and insights to deepen client relationships and scale new lines of business
