Alliance for Wellness is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Physicians to support Victorville, California. The ideal candidate will provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. They will also provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR and be available to provide telepsych services. The candidate should be equipped to manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc. We are looking for Psychiatrists fully licensed in California, experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent, geriatric patients, and experienced in both medication management as well as therapy. The salary range is $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year, and we offer full benefits, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
