Requirements and responsibilities

Do you love high-end, luxury real estate? Do you find fulfillment in helping others? Do you want to be critical in launching beautiful websites for top realtors? If so, we’d love to speak with you! As a Technical Project Coordinator, your role is to own the Launch Team and ensure every single website we deliver is up to our standards. You’ll manage a team of Website Builders and Data Specialists that will perform a quality assurance check on every website that must be launched. They will identify and fix any errors they see on the website (i.e., spelling, spacing issues, etc.). Your role is to ensure that those fixes are implemented and identify any additional items that need to be corrected. You’ll also continually work to optimize our training and processes to ensure we continue innovating and delivering the best product to our clients. You’ll quickly master our product, processes, and tools to launch beautiful websites. You’re good at: - Understanding what good design looks like and articulating the details thanks to your understanding of UX/UI best practices - Troubleshooting technical issues - When necessary, liaise with third-party support teams - Identifying problems and proposing solutions - Using software and tools to help yourself and your team stay organized and on schedule - Maintaining a high bar for website quality and design; you love the details and won’t compromise You have: - 1+ years experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations for a design company - To understand and produce long, complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English. - Success working in high-volume environments - Experience with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress. You excel in: - Drawing people in with your excitement and can-do attitude - Relentlessly clearing obstacles for clients and team members - Working efficiently and delivering ahead of deadlines
