DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and manage Project Managers, Coordinators, and the Project Engineering team.Drive project delivery strategy aligned with business objectives.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Establish and enforce project management standards and best practices.Oversee project quoting, design, scoping, and proposal development.Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload balancing.Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and scalable solutions.Serve as a senior client contact and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA/MS preferred).10+ years of project management leadership experience, preferably in an MSP, IT Services, or Technology environment.Proven experience leading project teams within an MSP.Strong background in resource management and capacity planning.Experience with ConnectWise (ticketing, service management, PSA tools); CW PSA Projects Module is a plus.Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, and ConnectWise PSA.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Interested applicants may submit their application at dan@accprointernational.com
