Job Description: - We are seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to join a remote team supporting a leading online marketplace in the Netherlands. - This role is based in Portugal, offering flexible remote work and opportunities in a fast-growing e-commerce environment. What you will do: - Provide customer support via phone and email. - Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns. - Troubleshoot issues related to online purchases. - Act as a point of contact for external sellers. - Provide information about digital products. - Escalate and reroute complex issues to relevant departments. - Maintain a friendly and professional customer experience. Candidate Profile: - Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level). - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Customer-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Comfortable handling multiple tasks and responsibilities. - Team player with a proactive attitude.
