Your OpportunityAs a Senior Manager, Quality Reporting & Data Analytics at Vytalize Health, you’ll be a vital part of the Technology team, focusing on ACO quality reporting and data analytics initiatives. This role combines deep healthcare quality expertise with technical data management skills to ensure optimal performance across our Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), ACO REACH, and other value-based care programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with quality measure reporting, provider engagement, and data analytics in healthcare settings.What You Will DoManage technology-driven initiatives to optimize clinical and EHR workflows, ensuring documentation and coding meet program-specific reporting requirements for assigned partners, by developing technology solutions to meet unique reporting requirements and ensure optimal quality performanceDeliver and interpret technical specifications for quality programs, ensuring optimal performance through advanced data analysisPartner with internal teams to successfully deploy and manage quality improvement programs, working with external vendors to ensure accurate end-of-year quality reporting and optimal ACO scoringDesign and maintain data collection workflows from multiple EHR systems, ensuring data quality and integrity for quality measure improvementUtilize SQL and data analytics tools to analyze large healthcare datasets for quality reporting and performance insightsCollaborate with EHR vendors and technical teams to optimize data extraction processes, working with C-CDA, QRDA, flat files, and other healthcare data formatsMonitor practice quality performance by developing data-driven actionable strategies for continuous improvement and optimal measure benchmark achievementWhat Will Make You Successful HereRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field5+ years of experience in healthcare quality reporting, preferably with ACO, MSSP, REACH, or MIPS programs3+ years of experience in value-based care, population health, government programs, or quality improvementDeep understanding of CMS quality measures, including eCQMs, CAHPS, and Medicare CQMsBasic understanding of clinical workflows across inpatient, ambulatory, and ancillary care settings, including how data is captured and used in EHR systemsKnowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical datasets, including demographics, encounters, labs, diagnoses, and medicationsExperience working with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle tools, or population health platforms to support clinical or operational use casesExcellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertiseProven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsProficient in SQL, with experience querying large healthcare for data extraction, manipulation, and analysisIntermediate understanding of EHR data integration and applicable data standards, including FHIR, QRDA, C-CDA, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT, and RxNormExperience with clinical datasets to ensure accurate patient record linkage, data integration, and interoperability between clinical, administrative, and claims data sourcesExperience working with clinical data pipelines, including ingestion, normalization, and mapping to standardized terminologies and schemasFamiliarity with software development environments, version control systems, and basic coding or scripting languages to effectively communicate with development teams and participate in technical discussionsExperience applying project management principles and techniques with an eye towards execution, including skills in leading and managing change within teams and initiatives more broadlyExperience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
