YOUR ROLEOwn customer retention across every venue and every stage of the customer journey. You understand how to turn first-time guests into repeat customers and loyal advocates through strategic CRM, automation, and lifecycle marketing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute email marketing strategies that drive customer retention and revenue.Build and optimize automated customer journeys.Manage CRM platforms and customer segmentation.Create personalized lifecycle campaigns based on customer behavior.Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics.Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance.Partner with design, content, and operations teams to execute campaigns.Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights.Build reporting dashboards focused on retention and customer lifetime value.Lead capture strategy, newsletter growth, welcome journey design, CRM segmentation, and subscriber acquisition initiatives.Welcome email sequences, customer education campaigns, onboarding automation, and first-booking engagement.Lifecycle marketing campaigns, repeat booking strategies, loyalty communications, and customer engagement programs.Win-back campaigns, dormant customer recovery, abandoned booking automation, and churn reduction initiatives.VIP programs, referral campaigns, membership communications, and customer feedback loops.CRM management, segmentation strategy, A/B testing, deliverability optimization, analytics, reporting, and automation.It's a new, fast-paced commercial operating partner. We don’t send emails for the sake of sending emails — we own the customer relationship after acquisition.
