Requirements and responsibilities
Xenon7 is looking for a LATAM-based Product Owner or Product Manager with strong product delivery experience, to support a potential AI product project for a large medical equipment company in the U.S.The project will involve building a multi-agent AI solution to help different internal teams review and double-check regulatory documentation. The product would work with both internal company documentation and external FDA regulations, supporting teams when researching, developing, or launching new products.This is expected to start around mid-June or July. The person would work closely with Xenon7 and client-side stakeholders, as well as a technical development team based in Croatia.ResponsibilitiesWork with Xenon7 and client stakeholders to understand product needs, workflows, and documentation requirements.Help define and structure product requirements for a multi-agent AI solution.Translate business and stakeholder input into clear requirements for the technical team.Collaborate with the development team during product build and deployment.Support communication between client stakeholders, Xenon7, and the technical team.Help document product decisions, requirements, and references clearly.Work with a designer on UI/UX definition if the project scope includes dedicated design support.Use product/project management tools to organize requirements, documentation, and project progress.RequirementsBased in LATAM with strong English proficiency and able to work with strong overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.3–5 years of experience in product, product ownership, or similar product-oriented roles.Experience working in a startup or product-oriented company.Comfortable working with technical teams and client/business stakeholders.Familiarity with product/project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar.Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude at a moderate level in day-to-day work.Strong product thinking and ability to reason through practical product problems.Clear communication and documentation skills.Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional environment.BenefitsMonthly compensation in USD, expected to be around $2,500–$3,000, depending on experience and fit.Working on a project with a Fortune-ranked global medical technology company.100% remote role for LATAM-based candidates.Opportunity to work on an AI product involving multi-agent solutions.
