You will:Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure tools and services in RustOwn CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment automationCollaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure scalable and resilient systemsOptimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and securityHelp shape internal developer experience and workflowsRequirements:At least 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineeringStrong proficiency in RustExperience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)Proficiency with containerization, orchestration, and observability tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, etc.)Obsessive about reliability, automation, and elegant internal toolingVery fluent in EnglishWhat you’ll get:Generous ownership & stake in the company.
