This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something with lasting impact, alongside a founding team of six co-founders and an active board of directors, with infrastructure and enterprise relationships already in place.WHAT YOU WILL OWNMembership growth, from acquisition through retention, across all program tiers.Community experience design, including programming, events, coaching integrations, and peer cohort activation.Organizational operations, budget management, and partnership developmentBrand and thought leadership externally, representing Fe League in media, speaking, and strategic relationshipsRevenue performance against membership and commission targetsCollaboration with six co-founders and a board of directors on strategy, governance, and scaleWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAn executive coach with executive level experience looking to expand their coaching platform to offer more value-add servicesDeep passion for path-making, leadership development to accelerate leadership potential, and a track record of showing up for that mission professionally or personally.Experience in executive coaching, leadership development, organizational community building, or adjacent fields.A strong existing network of professional communitiesEntrepreneurial operating experience, you have built, sold, or launched something before, even informallyStrong commercial instincts, you are comfortable owning revenue targets and driving membership growth.Collaborative leadership style with the ability to operate autonomously and influence without authority.Comfort with an equity-forward compensation structure at an early-stage organization.
