Job Overview: The Exhibitor Kit Specialist is responsible for the creation, accuracy, and strategic management of exhibitor service manuals (kits) and associated pricing structures. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless exhibitor experience by maintaining clear, accurate, and revenue-driven service offerings across all events. This position owns the full lifecycle of exhibitor kits—from design and content development to pricing execution and system integration—ensuring alignment between internal teams, operational capabilities, and company revenue goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Design and produce exhibitor service manuals using Adobe InDesign, ensuring all materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with brand standards. - Edit and prepare booth package images using Adobe Photoshop for use within NetSuite and exhibitor-facing platforms. - Develop and maintain kit pricing structures in Excel, utilizing formulas and data analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability. - Implement and manage annual pricing increases, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals and market conditions. - Enter, manage, and audit all pricing and service items within NetSuite, ensuring complete accuracy between kits and system data. - Create and configure the booth packages and service offerings within NetSuite, ensuring proper setup for exhibitor ordering. - Own and maintain the Kit Tracker, ensuring all deadlines, updates, and statuses are accurate and visible to internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Operations teams to ensure all kit content reflects accurate offerings and inventory capabilities. - Perform ongoing quality control to ensure consistency between exhibitor-facing materials and internal systems. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and revenue optimization within kit development and pricing strategies.
