Requirements and responsibilities

City Wide Facility Solutions (Portland) is looking for a responsible 2nd Shift Janitorial Coordinator to join our team to work the Southern territory. Part of your job will be to check on our facilities to help us maintain client satisfaction. You will also coordinate with our Account Managers and Independent Contractors to assist in resolving client concerns. Ultimately, you'll help City Wide, our customers and Independent Contractors build a strong working relationship. City Wide Facility Solutions (Portland) has a thorough training & development program and we will focus on promoting from within as we continue our growth. We pride ourselves on operating with integrity, fostering professional growth and ensuring we are all working together towards a common goal.Essential FunctionsMaintain regular nightly route scheduleWork closely with Account Manager to review objectives and goals for nightly routeBuild and maintain relationships with new and current Independent ContractorsParticipate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent ContractorsUtilize CRM to review client scope and create an inspection each client visitCompensation $41,600/yrRequirementsExperience with email, data entryAbility to multitaskReliable transportation/ability to commute to client locationAvailability to work the following hours: 4:30 pm – 1:00 amPreferredBilingual - SpanishSupervisory Experience - 2 yearsBenefits$50 monthly cell phone reimbursement$400 monthly vehicle reimbursementPTO401k – 4% company match50% Company Contribution to all Health Care PlansMonday - Friday work-week
