Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Vector Search, Embeddings, RAG, and Retrieval Systems to support large-scale clinical data search and AI initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and benchmark text chunking and embedding strategiesEvaluate embedding models (OpenAI, Cohere, SBERT, etc.)Design and optimize vector search systemsBuild scalable pipelines for datasets ranging up to billions of documentsMeasure performance across accuracy, scalability, speed, and costSupport near real-time indexing and high-volume query workloadsEnsure HIPAA/PHI compliance and enterprise security standardsRequired Skills:AI/ML & NLP expertise (Embeddings, Transformers)Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and Vector DatabasesStrong Python development skillsSpark / Databricks experienceAzure, AWS, or GCP cloud experienceDistributed systems and high-throughput data pipelinesHealthcare domain experience preferredIf you're interested, Feel free to reach out or DM your resume at:abhishek.p@atvsllc.com
