We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to own the slide-grade analytics layer of our client engagements.This role focuses on transforming Salesforce pipeline data and BI tool outputs into clear, board-grade deliverables used by PE sponsors and portfolio company executives. The Senior Business Analyst ensures decks, commentary, and presentations are causal, polished, and PE-ready.Working closely with a team of Engagement Managers and RevOps BI Architects, this role ensures that data is translated into high-quality slide products and intuitive executive narratives.The ideal candidate combines strong slide craft with a deep understanding of go-to-market analytics, executive storytelling, and PE-standard reporting, ensuring that output remains consistent across engagements and stakeholders.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate:Enjoys building clean, board-grade slide deliverablesIs passionate about making data understandable for PE sponsors and C-suite executivesHas strong attention to detail and output consistencyUnderstands the operational needs of revenue teams and PE deal cyclesCan balance analytical rigor with clarity and narrativeThrives in environments where they own and improve deliverables across multiple engagements over timeKey ResponsibilitiesSlide Craft & Deck Ownership:Build slide-grade analytics from Salesforce pipeline data and Power BI outputsWrite action titles and causal commentary; walk PE deal teams through the resultBuild modular, reusable templates that portfolio company CFOs can refresh next cycle without usCascade real-time feedback from PE sponsors during board prepGo-to-Market Analytics & Storytelling:Attribute pipeline variance to specific deals, segments, or process changesTranslate BI visuals and Salesforce data into executive-facing narrativesProduce pipeline, funnel, and revenue analytics commentary for board and executive audiencesEnsure every deck answers meaningful business questions rather than simply displaying dataClient Enablement:Train in-house teams to become self-sufficientBuild deliverables that outlive the engagementDocument client-specific glossaries and reporting conventionsRequired Qualifications4–7 years of experience in management consulting, revenue operations, PE portfolio operations, or analytics consultingDemonstrated slide craft: action titles, pyramid principle structure, board-pack fluencyGo-to-market analytics literacy: ACV, TCV, coverage, slippage, and win rate as working conceptsExperience reading Salesforce pipeline data without hand-holdingAbility to translate complex data into clear executive narrativesExperience presenting to a CCO, CFO, or PE deal teamProven ownership of a board-grade deliverable end to end (as the person who held the pen)Strong attention to detail; a typo in the application is a filter, not a footnotePreferred ExperienceMcKinsey, Strategy&, Bain, BCG, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, or similar consulting pedigreedbt or modern data stack literacyStrong experience with BI tools such as:LookerPowerBITableauSigmaModeDomoVisa Sponsorship: Please note that we are not currently able to offer US visa sponsorship or transfer for this position.For Canadian and Brazilian Residents: We also invite you to apply for this position but please note that at this time we can only hire those outside of the United States as full-time contractors.
