This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across two backend teams, ensuring alignment with product vision, and maintaining strong collaboration with frontend and infrastructure partners. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight, excels at stakeholder communication across international teams, and brings a data-driven approach to performance tracking and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in translating long-term goals into actionable plans, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality.On a given day, a Project Manager you will:Lead end-to-end delivery of Program Increments (PI), ensuring quarterly objectives are planned, executed, and delivered on time, while actively managing progress, scope, and blockers. Coordinate and align two backend teams with cross-functional partners (frontend, infrastructure) to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery. Translate product vision into actionable multi-year roadmaps and integrated sprint-based plans, driving technical, architectural, and business alignment. Define, track, and report KPIs with clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders, including sprint-level insights and executive reporting (e.g., SteerCo and top management). Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across multiple regions, proactively managing communication, and facilitating meetings. Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure consistent alignment between development, infrastructure, and applications teams.
