We focus on emerging technologies and skills such as AI systems, prompt engineering, cloud computing, and more that are transforming the global economy.Simplilearn has collaborated with Fullstack Academy to leverage its widespread footprint in the US region and partnerships with top US universities to grow internationally.Position OverviewThe Part-Time Instructor for Anthropic Claude (AI Systems & Applications) plays a key role in delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences to adult learners enrolled in our online programs.Instructors facilitate curriculum content focused on Claude-based AI workflows, prompt engineering, and real-world applications, support student learning, and connect technical concepts to industry use cases.Classes are delivered 100% online in a synchronous format.Key ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Student EngagementDeliver assigned lessons aligned with curriculum learning objectives and session plansFacilitate engaging live online instruction using best practices for adult learnersProvide subject matter expertise in Anthropic Claude and applied AI systemsTeach prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and LLM-based application use casesConnect course content to real-world applications such as automation, copilots, and business use casesEncourage collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solvingStudent Support & MentorshipProvide individualized student support during live sessions and office hoursMaintain regular communication regarding progress and milestonesRespond to student and staff communications professionally and promptlyProvide clear, constructive feedback on assignments and projectsPerformance MonitoringEvaluate student progress based on deliverables and rubricsMaintain accurate documentation of student engagement and performanceIdentify and escalate academic concernsSupport performance improvement plans when necessaryCollaboration & Professional ConductAdhere to institutional policies and instructional standardsFoster an inclusive and respectful learning environmentServe as a mentor and role modelCollaborate with instructional teams to improve learning experiencesRepresent the organization professionallyRequired QualificationsEducation and ExperienceApplicants must meet one of the following:Bachelor’s degree in any field AND 6+ years of experience in AI systems, LLMs, or applied AI, OR6+ years of professional experience in AI systems, LLM applications, or related fieldsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong expertise in Claude, prompt engineering, and LLM-based applicationsUnderstanding of AI workflows, automation, and real-world use casesAbility to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learnersPassion for teaching and mentoringStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a remote environmentProfessionalism and ethical conductWork Schedule16–30 hours per weekCompensation$80 per hour (Including Content creation)Part-Time, Non-Exempt classificationPaid in accordance with applicable wage lawsEqual Employment OpportunityWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
