The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all systems and tools run smoothly, resolving technical issues efficiently, and helping employees stay productive.Key Responsibilities Provide daily technical support to internal remote teams. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues. Maintain and update IT tools, systems, and user accounts. Support setup and configuration of computers, networks, and SaaS platforms. Ensure adherence to IT and data security best practices. Collaborate with management to continuously improve IT processes.Requirements At least 3 years of experience in IT Support or as an IT Generalist. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware, software, and access systems. Experience supporting remote teams and managing SaaS tools. Familiar with basic networking concepts and security best practices. Excellent written English and clear communication skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
