Your OpportunityThe Specialist, Corporate AI Solutions is a senior sales role focused on accelerating commercial growth for EBSCO’s AI partnership offerings across corporate customers and prospects in the Eastern U.S & Canada. This position leads revenue generation, supports go-to-market strategy, and helps establish scalable early customer success while aligning closely with regional sales priorities. This role manages the full sales cycle and is responsible for developing EBSCO's position in the market for AI solutions.What You'll DoDevelop and manage a complex AI sales pipeline through outbound sales efforts and close partnership with the sales team.Secure initial lighthouse customers to build credibility, prove value, and support future scalability.Define and refine AI value propositions by industry and use case, while contributing to pricing, packaging, and commercialization models.Train and support sales teams to position AI solutions effectively in the corporate market and participate in strategic deals as a specialist resource.Develop sales materials, messaging frameworks, and discovery approaches that improve field readiness and consistency.Partner with Publisher Services, Product, and Legal/Compliance to align offerings with partner capabilities, EBSCO capabilities, governance requirements, and market opportunities.Represent EBSCO in customer discussions and industry engagements, and support marketing initiatives through thought leadership and customer storytelling.Your TeamThis role reports to the Director of U.S. Federal Sales & Corporate National Accounts, U.S. & Canada and works in close partnership with regional sales teams, Publisher Services, Product, Legal/Compliance, and external publisher partners. The position operates as both a customer-facing specialist and an internal enablement resource supporting strategic alignment and commercial execution. This role collaborates closely with both inside and field Sales teams to support sales activities, customer meetings, and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person.About You7+ years of B2B sales experience, including significant experience selling into corporate and enterprise markets.Must have a strong track record of navigating complex organizational structures and engaging executive-level stakeholders.Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy to shape deal strategy and influence go-to-market priorities.Effective collaborator who can work across sales, product, publisher, and compliance functions.Must be prepared for substantial travel, up to 50% or more, as required by the role.What sets you apartExperience selling innovative or emerging solutions in environments that require consultative, strategic conversations.Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear customer value by industry, use case, and business outcome.Strength in building early-market momentum by identifying lighthouse customers and turning insights into scalable commercial approaches.A collaborative mindset and credibility with both customer executives and internal stakeholders.The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.Our Hybrid Work Policy: We value the balance of remote focus and in-person connection. For all our roles not designated as onsite, candidates living within a 30-mile radius of one of our hub office locations (Ipswich, MA; Birmingham, AL; Contoocook, NH) are required to be on-site one day designated by their team for collaboration and syncs.
