Role: Amazon Graphic DesignerPart-Time: 20–25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST, flexible), with potential to transition to a full-time role based on performanceThe Sr. Graphic Designer works under general supervision and follows company and department policies and procedures to create visually compelling, brand-aligned designs that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. Responsible for the development of brand-aligned content for clients’ product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements.ResponsibilitiesThrough the use of company and department practices and procedures, develops content for clients’ product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisementsPartners with Content Copy Writers and Content Managers to create cohesive, high-performing assets for listings and campaigns. Collaborates with the internal marketing team to develop content for the company website and marketing materialsDevelops graphics for Amazon ads, including Sponsored Brand creatives and banners, tailored to drive click-through and conversionResearches industry trends and competitor designs to maintain a competitive edge in visual storytellingContinuously explores and adapts to industry design trends, innovative tools, and eCommerce best practices to ensure the brand remains visually competitive and cutting-edgeMaintains organized files and asset libraries to streamline design processes across the teamDiscusses inconsistencies and solutions with the manager to ensure alignment with client and company requirementsEstablishes and maintains a collaborative relationships with internal teams to align objectives and resolve challengesActs as a technical resource for colleagues within the team and projectsMaintains or exceeds department-established performance standardsContinues to learn and apply department Trainual subjects according to standardsOther duties as assignedRequirementsFour to seven (4-7) years of related experience in graphic design, two (2) years of which are highly relevantStrong working knowledge of creating compelling visuals for Amazon sellers and products to enhance product listings and drive salesProvide advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteDemonstrates excellent understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions.
