• Partner with business owners, stakeholders and 3rd party application owners and consultants to evaluate and scale new and current systems, processes and procedures from conception through implementation, and within prescribed budget and timelines.
• Manage evaluation, setup, configuration, and maintenance of UserZoom applications, including Salesforce, Google Workplace, FinancialForce, Zendesk, Slack, Zoom.
• Participate in Salesforce initiatives across the organization and support integrations with Salesforce.
• Perform Salesforce and other business application administration functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance for Salesforce, Google Workplace, and other key business applications.
• Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
• Enhance and maintain systems by studying current practices and designing modifications and integrations with other systems.
• Utilize project management skills to assist with developing project plans, requirements, and implementation processes, including progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation and training.
• Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, upgrades, new releases and production issues reported by end-users. Participate in application design, configuration, testing, deployment and training.
