• Facilitate, follow, enforce, and improve the engineering escalations process. • Head escalation resolutions requiring extensive analysis, troubleshooting and collaboration with product development teams • Engineer and investigate both platform (OS, infrastructure, network, etc) and product issues. • Respond and analyze complex customer technical problems which are not routine, and require research or creative problem solving to resolve. • Work with support and product teams to update product documentation. • Assist other engineering teams with testing and validation as needed.
