• Work with our existing VC & investor partners to drive channel growth across Europe • Manage the full partner lifecycle including identifying potential leads, conducting cold outreach, leading Zoom calls and managing a pipeline with the aim of exceeding individual targets • Devise creative ways to keep existing partners engaged • Help feed into KPI setting for VC & investor partnerships • Partner with internal cross-functional teams including sales • Be active in the startup ecosystem as an ambassador of Uncapped including attending events such as conferences or pitch events
