About the Role Quali-T Virtual Staffing is hiring for a growing insurance and financial services agency based in Ontario, Canada. The agency helps families with life insurance, health coverage, and investment planning, and it’s expanding its team of licensed advisors. We’re looking for a confident, outgoing assistant who enjoys talking to people on the phone. You’ll help the agency find and connect with licensed financial professionals and make outreach calls to businesses. If you’re comfortable making calls, organized, and motivated by results, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Find licensed insurance and financial professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and online directories Reach out by phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce the opportunity and gauge interest Book interested candidates into calls with the agency leader Make B2B outreach calls to businesses to introduce the agency’s services Track every contact, follow-up, and booked call in a CRM or spreadsheet Follow up consistently with prospects who don’t respond the first time Send short daily or weekly reports on calls made and results What We’re Looking For Strong spoken and written English. This is a phone-heavy role. 1+ year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, recruiting, or outbound sales Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling “no” professionally Organized, with strong follow-up habits Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset Available to work Eastern Time business hours
