Responsibilities

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Accounts Payable with strong expertise in SAP FI/AP across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of P2P processes, AP automation, SAP integrations, payment processing, vendor management, and financial compliance, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities & Technical ExpertiseAnalyze and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Work with SAP FI/AP integration across MM, Procurement, and Supply Chain.Support vendor invoice processing, invoice verification, and three-way matching.Configure and support ERS and Automatic Payment Program (F110).Manage vendor accounts, payment runs, payment media, and reconciliations.Support Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) and Treasury integrations.Analyze and improve invoice approval workflows and AP automation.Support exception management and workflow optimization.Work with SAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party AP automation solutions.Support vendor portals and supplier self-service platforms.Analyze tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, and country-specific compliance requirements.Manage complex custom enhancements and integrations within the SAP FI/AP landscape.Work with SAP BTP, Fiori, and SAP Workflow capabilities.Support data migration, master data governance, testing, and validation activities.Preferred ExperienceExperience with AP automation platforms such as:OpenText VIMBaswareCoupaSAP AribaTungstenHighRadius APSimilar AP automation solutionsAdditional SkillsStrong SAP testing and defect-resolution experience.Data migration and validation experience.Master data governance knowledge.Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.Interested candidatesPlease share your updated resume and LinkedIn profile.
