In this role, you’ll:Support and maintain our infrastructureResolve operational issuesContribute to process improvements and automationThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid technical foundation, a desire to learn, and a drive to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive team.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Monitoring & Support: Monitor system health and performance, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to ensure reliable operations.Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Operational Tasks: Perform software updates, system patching, and manage user accessAutomation: Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under guidanceCollaboration: Work with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and continuously improved.What You BringTechnical Skills:Basic Linux and/or Windows administration with troubleshooting abilitiesExposure to scripting or programming with Python and BashExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferable, but also AWS is taken into consideration)Awareness of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, DNS, troubleshooting)Basic Qualifications4+ years in IT, system administration, or related fieldFoundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, or cloud technologiesExperience with monitoring, logging, or cloud platformsExposure to automation tools or practicesFamiliarity with version control systems (Git) is a plusPassion for technology and solving real-world problemsWhy Join Us?You’ll build a strong foundation in operations engineering while working alongside experienced professionals.
