Quali-T Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with a strong background in lead generation, prospecting, and administrative support. We need someone who is proactive, resourceful, and knows how to find qualified real estate leads and turn them into potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and identify qualified real estate leads using proven prospecting strategies.
- Research property owners, potential sellers, buyers, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct lead generation through online research, databases, social media, and other effective methods.
- Perform cold calling, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
- Manage and update CRM systems, lead lists, and prospect information.
- Assist with email management, scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Track lead generation activities and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Real Estate VA or Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools.
- Experience with real estate CRMs and prospecting platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and consistently generate quality leads.
- Experience with U.S. real estate markets is highly preferred.
