Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Coach teams on Scrum and Agile practices. - Remove delivery impediments. - Improve team effectiveness. - Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads on priorities, user stories, and delivery goals. - Track sprint metrics. - Support continuous improvement. - Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Release Train Engineers. - Support Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and overall delivery planning. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Agile environments. - 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting cross-functional teams. - Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, and backlog management. - Experience coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles. - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent preferred. - Experience in regulated or GxP environments is a plus.
