Requirements and responsibilities

• Independently produce commercial appraisal reports from start to finish • Inspect properties of all asset types • System Management: Up to date timesheets, Keeping salesforce data, Generating and sending invoices • Deliver the best customer experience in the industry • Take appraisal classes and engage in other learning opportunities (where applicable) • Develop and maintain relationships across the real estate industry with brokers, lenders, and other market participants • Work directly with our development team to continue to improve our technology • Research and understand macro and micro trends within the commercial real estate
