Our platform simplifies complex research challenges, and we continue to innovate and evolve our software with a focus on performance, usability, and flexibility.We’re looking for a Front-End Software Engineer with strong JavaScript skills and recent experience in Angular (version 8+). This is a remote (work-from-home) position in the US. If you're passionate about clean, scalable code and working on meaningful applications, we’d love to hear from you.Salary Range - $75,000 to $100,000 plus bonusWhat You'll DoDevelop and maintain front-end components using Angular (v19+)Work with DevExtreme Angular components (experience a plus)Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineersRead and understand back-end code written in Python and Perl (not required to write it)Work with PostgreSQL and other SQL databasesUse git, JIRA, and Atlassian tools for version control and task managementParticipate in code reviews using Fisheye/CrucibleContribute to best practices for Angular developmentLeverage RxJS, NgRx, and other reactive programming patternsWrite and maintain tests using modern frameworks such as Jest and PlaywrightUse Figma (optional) to align UI development with design specificationsWhat We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent exp.4+ years of professional development experience5+ years of JavaScript experience3+ years of Angular experience (v8 or newer)Strong understanding of Angular, TypeScript, and modern JS frameworksStrong understanding of Angular, TypeScript, and modern JS frameworksFamiliarity with SQL and relational database concepts (PostgreSQL preferred)Experience with Git and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Crucible)Understanding of OOP and scalable front-end architectureAbility to translate technical requirements into high-quality, maintainable codeStrong communication skills and comfort working in a distributed teamFamiliarity with Linux-based environmentsWhy You'll Love Working Here100 percent Remote or Hybrid if local to Irvine, CA.
