As we scale, we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to take the lead in handling incoming leads, guiding them through the early stages, and building strong, lasting relationships.This is a critical, client-facing role. You will be the first impression of our company to potential clients — and an ongoing point of contact once they partner with us. Your communication, professionalism, and intelligence will directly represent the quality and professionalism we stand for.What You’ll DoConduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needsPresent our services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordinglyGuide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboardingMaintain communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentationsBecome the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retentionProactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accountsHandle administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreementsBuild and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-upWhat We’re Looking ForRequirements (Non-Negotiable)Fluent English — both written and spokenExceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personableProfessional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthyUniversity degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related fieldTech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and rolesEmpathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushyMust-Have ExperienceAt least 2-3 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing or offshoring, in a client-facing roleSkilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accountsProven success in managing the full client journey — from initial lead to long-term careAbility to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over timeFamiliarity with remote hiring models and roles such as executive assistants, developers, marketers, analysts, or accountantsBonus Points ForExperience with international clients in the US, UK, AUS, EU, or UAEExperience in a startup or high-growth environmentStrong CRM and organizational skillsRecruitment ProcessApplication submission (which will include a 2-5 minute intro video of yourself)Interview with the Co-FoundersOffer & Onboarding
