We’re building a network of smart, detail-oriented Sales & RevOps professionals to help fast-growing companies optimize their CRM, improve sales efficiency, and scale their operations. 🔹 What We Do: We partner with 7- to 9-figure businesses (mostly in the U.S.) to place top talent inside their teams as full-time Sales/CRM Operators. These roles are remote and focused on working on HubSpot (lead management, pipeline optimization, workflow automations, and reporting). 🔹 How It Works: If you’re selected, we place you directly into one of our client companies—but you don’t go in alone. You’ll work alongside our internal Sales Momentum team for training, support, and ongoing success. We’ll coach you on our systems, back you with strategy, and help you grow into a trusted operator inside the business. 🔹 Ideal Background: * CRM experience (HubSpot preferred, but open to others like ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, etc.). * Sales or marketing ops background (you’ve supported reps or sales teams before). * Strong English + communication. * Analytical thinker, fast learner, proactive.
