KeyholderLiquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S (BRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of GoPuff. An operated retail chain of spirits, beer, wine, and party goods in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We offer 23 retail locations across the state, including Louisville, Lexington, Danville, Bowling Green, Elizabethtown, Owensboro, and Northern Kentucky, with a delivery radius reaching 80% of Kentucky residents.As a Keyholder, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service while driving sales through BRS products by building relationships with customers while providing the ultimate shopper experience through sales, customer support, and cashier responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesIncludes, but are not limited to:Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing customers of BRS products and servicesExpert knowledge of BRS products to provide customers with recommendationsDrive sales in all departmentsReplenish and maintain inventoryMust pass WSET, Cicerone Certification, Certified Bourbon Steward, ServSafe Certification provided by BRS for specific a departmentOrganize and communicate with vendors and buyers for store tastingsAssist in the training of new Store AssociatesPerform cashier functions and adhere to minor policy while completing customer transactionsAssist front end scheduling of store associatesCash managementProvide high levels of customer service, driving sales, handling difficult situations, demonstrating organizational skills, multi-taskingCoaching team members and guidance to improve customer experienceEnsures all pricing, signage, and display information is correctMaintain store safety standardsStore cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathroomsMaintain all safety standards for deliveriesAssist in promotions and setup of eventsEOEQualifications21 years of age or olderKnowledge of wine varietals, countries and regionsAbility to work a flexible schedule as business requires (nights, weekends and holidays)Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and servicesTwo years of management experiencePrior experience in a team environment requiring professional communication skillsRetail experience in retail spirits industry preferredTeam playerStrong interpersonal skills necessary for establishing customer and team relationshipsAbility to demonstrate a positive and engaging attitude and demeanorHigh School Diploma or equivalentThis job requires the ability to perform the following:Frequently standing and moving in an assigned location safely and efficientlyCarrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 poundsHandling objects, products and equipment safelyBending, kneelingThe information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of the job, nor are they intended to be an all-inclusive list of the skills and abilities required to do the job.
