Responsibilities

You will be a core technical executor for Viral Growth Media LLC, a fast-moving AI automation and digital products company based in Tampa, FL. The founder architects all strategy and systems. Your job is to build, deploy, and manage everything at a high level with zero hand-holding. Responsibilities: - Build and manage all GoHighLevel subaccounts, pipelines, workflows, snapshots, and automations for Viral Growth Media and all client accounts. - Execute AI agent architecture and builds based on founder direction. - Build, maintain, and iterate on ScrollKeeper AI and all related automation infrastructure. - Manage all client GHL project builds from kickoff to delivery. - Handle client-facing communication — calls, Loom walkthroughs, Slack and email — in clear professional English. - Integrate third-party tools including Make, n8n, Zapier, webhooks, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Blotato. - Document all builds, SOPs, and system architecture. - Manage multiple client projects simultaneously. - Report directly to founder with weekly Loom deliverable walkthroughs. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years GoHighLevel experience — subaccounts, SaaS mode, white-label, API. - Proven AI build and automation experience. - Fluent English written and spoken — this is a client-facing role, non-negotiable. - Able to record clear Loom walkthroughs for non-technical clients. - Portfolio of actual GHL builds required to apply. - Available during US Eastern time zone hours. - Must be comfortable with Hubstaff or Time Doctor time tracking from day one.
