This specific role is for a high-impact project embedded with the founding team of one of our key clients. 🌟 Role Overview We are seeking a highly autonomous and driven Mid-Senior AI/ML Engineer for a long-term, full-time contract. You will take full ownership of designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and AI systems. Because you will be working directly with a client's founding team, you must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and sometimes "messy" startup environment where processes are still being defined. 📋 Key Details ⦁ Experience Level: Mid-Senior (3–5 years of professional experience) ⦁ Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (Long-term) ⦁ Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (8 hours/day) ⦁ Location: 100% Remote 🚀 Key Responsibilities ⦁ End-to-End Ownership: Drive AI/ML projects from initial ideation and data exploration through to model development, training, production deployment, and monitoring. ⦁ Collaboration with Founders: Work directly with the client's founding team to translate high-level business goals and product visions into technical execution. ⦁ Navigate Ambiguity: Thrive in a dynamic, startup-like setting by proactively identifying problems, finding creative solutions, and building structure out of chaos. ⦁ Pipeline Development: Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure required to support machine learning models. ⦁ Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while establishing standard ML engineering practices for the project. 🛠️ Qualifications & Requirements Education: ⦁ B.S. in Computer Science or a strictly related technical field is required. ⦁ Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
