Microsoft Dynamics F&O Developer – Customizing the Core of Global Commerce. Look, anyone can use an ERP. We need developers who can actually wrestle with one and make it work at a massive scale. We partner with one of the most significant apparel and retail companies on the planet, and their Dynamics F&O instance isn't just a piece of software—it's the central nervous system for their entire global operation. This isn't about tweaking a simple website. This is about building and maintaining the engine of a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. We're looking for developers who aren't afraid to dive deep into the X++ trenches and make this beast sing. What You’ll Do * Dive deep into X++ to build the custom modules, extensions, and modifications that keep a global business running smoothly. * Act as the digital plumber, architecting and maintaining the critical API integrations that connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to everything else. * Translate "business needs" from functional architects into clean, robust, and maintainable code. You're the crucial bridge between the 'what' and the 'how.' * Write code that doesn't just work, but is testable. You'll handle unit testing and back up the QA team when they're stress-testing your creations. * Become the expert troubleshooter. When a data flow breaks or a customization gets weird, you're the first person we call to dive in and find the fix. Tech Stack & Tools * The Core Stack: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, X++, and the .NET framework. * Integration: Deep, practical experience with modern API development, web services, and data integration patterns. * Key Platforms: Familiarity with the ecosystem, including ISV products and related platforms. Requirements (What We Need) * Proven, hands-on development experience inside the Microsoft Dynamics F&O ecosystem. This isn't an entry-level gig. * Strong command of X++, .NET, and the underlying Dynamics F&O architecture. You know the best practices because you've seen what happens when they're ignored. * Solid experience building and maintaining complex API integrations from the ground up. * The ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams, ask the right questions, and politely challenge requirements that don't make sense. * Fluent, professional English communication skills. You'll be working with distributed teams across LATAM and North America. Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points) * Direct experience with Visionet ISV products (specifically Hautelogic or PartnerLinQ). * Familiarity with O9 Solutions. * A background in the fast-paced world of large-scale retail, apparel, or supply chain logistics. * A genuine curiosity for solving massive, complex business puzzles with code.
