As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaign objectives. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing various project assets.Your ImpactBuilds campaign timelines and schedule of deliverables to be shared internally, then once approved internally, with the clientEnsures that all internal stakeholders approve creativeCommunicates all internal and external feedback through AirtableEnsures all deliverables meet company standards through QAEnsures all creative assets follow campaign-specific aesthetics/branding guidelinesActively reviews project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality checked, and closed outProvides accurate estimates for projectsCollaborates with internal teams to achieve campaign objectivesParticipates in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessionsMaintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project managementYour Experience3-5 years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectivelyExperience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environmentProficiency in project management softwareExperience with Airtable, Slack, and Google sheets is a plusYour AvailabilityM-F: 9am-6pm PSTSalary Range$28.20 - $38.46 an hourThe salary range for this role is $28.20 - $38.46 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.Company CultureOur company culture is casual, fun, and empowering.
