Job DescriptionIT Recruiter Specialist (Part-Time) We are seeking a Recruiter Specialist ideally with a strong background in IT recruitment to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone seeking flexibility while still playing a key role in shaping our technical teams. There is potential for this role to evolve into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs across departments.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing and advertising to offer negotiation and onboarding.Source and engage top IT talent using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring activity.RequirementsProven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT/technical roles.In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
