Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a US-based BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide strategic oversight for our ABA programs in a multidisciplinary clinic in Brazil. This is a remote, long-term collaboration focused on clinical quality, not hourly session supervision. Responsibilities: * Provide weekly supervision and case discussions * Review and adjust individualized treatment plans * Guide and support our local team (ABA therapists and multidisciplinary staff) * Ensure data-driven decision making and program effectiveness * Help implement international standards of ABA within our clinic Requirements: * Active BCBA certification * Experience supervising ABA programs and clinical teams * Strong knowledge of behavior intervention plans and data analysis * Comfortable working remotely with an international team * Open to communication supported by real-time translation during meetings We are looking for a professional interested in building something meaningful, contributing to a growing clinic, and maintaining high clinical standards.
