Requirements and responsibilities

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Front-End Developer with a strong foundation in ReactJS and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate should have experience developing responsive, high-performance web applications. While experience with PHP is a plus, it is not a requirement for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance front-end applications using ReactJS.Implement responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver high-quality user experiences.Optimize applications for speed and scalability.Follow best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.Qualifications & SkillsProficiency in ReactJS and JavaScript.Strong experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks.Understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience with PHP is a plus but not required.Preferred QualificationsLocated in Las Vegas, NV, and available for in-office work (preferred but not mandatory).Prior experience in building scalable web applications.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.BenefitsSalary between $140 to $180KThis is an opportunity to work on exciting projects with a dynamic team.Flexible work environment (remote options available).$25K Electric Vehicle BenefitAdditional InformationWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
