Requirements and responsibilities


We are a rapidly growing DTC deodorant brand seeking four Virtual Assistants for Customer Service roles. Our company is expanding quickly and offers future growth opportunities. Responsibilities include: * Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours. * Monitor comments on social media channels. * Respond to reviews on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. * Respond to chargebacks All candidates must: * Have at least 1 year of experience in a direct-to-consumer ecommerce customer service role. * Have experience working for DTC ecommerce brands generating at least 7 figures in annual revenue; 8 figures is preferred. * Be available to work according to MST timezones. * Be organized, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines. Ideal candidates will have: * Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. * The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment. * Motivation to grow with a rapidly expanding DTC brand. * A winner's mindset.
