You'll coach and grow a small, cross-discipline team that owns the outcomes for the org's build/deploy/run systems, with accountability for other teams' ability to ship fast, safely, and reliably. The team's disciplines span DevOps, App Security, SRE, and FinOps domains.Your leadership actively shapes the team's operating model, evolving it to serve the Engineering organization's current and
