Responsibilities

Job Details: - Role: Affiliate Manager. - Location: Beirut, Lebanon (Office-Based). - Salary: USD 700–750 plus bonus after probation. - Schedule: 5 working days plus 2 days off. - Probation: 3 months. - Benefits: Health Insurance and Gym. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners. - Build strong relationships and negotiate commission terms. - Monitor affiliate performance, traffic, and revenue. - Identify new traffic sources and business opportunities. - Support affiliates and coordinate with internal teams. - Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets. - Follow market trends and develop partner acquisition strategies. Requirements: - Experience as an Affiliate Manager or Account Manager is preferred. - Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or online marketing is a plus. - Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of traffic sources, GEOs, and affiliate platforms. - Experience with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and performance analysis. - Existing affiliate/agent network is a strong advantage. Languages: - Arabic and English are required. - Turkish and French are preferred.
