About the role:As an Internal Recruiter, you’ll be joining the Talent Acquisition team and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the business and multiple regions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, source great candidates through creative channels and ensure that every applicant has a positive and professional experience with us.If you're ready to grow your career in recruitment with a fast-moving global business, get in touch!What you’ll be doing:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple regions and disciplines, with a focus on sales and operational rolesPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide regular updatesSource and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other creative channelsScreen CVs and applications, conduct initial interviews, and create shortlists of strong candidatesCoordinate interview scheduling, communication, feedback, and offersMaintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment recordsBuild and nurture a strong network of relevant speculative candidates, creating talent pipelines for future roles and business growthBuild Support Revolution’s presence and employer brand on LinkedIn by sharing engaging content, growing relevant networks, and helping position the business as a great place to workProvide insights and reporting to support hiring decisionsCollaborate with the Head of Operations and the Talent Acquisition team on hiring strategy, reporting, and ad-hoc projectsWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in an in-house role such as Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional with experience recruiting sales and operational rolesA strong track-record of sourcing and headhunting skills: you know how to find great people, not just wait for them to applyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and colleaguesConfidence in representing Support Revolution professionally and positively, acting as the first interaction candidates will have with usOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting If you have strong attention to detail, please enter the word 'organised' as the final application responseInterview process:Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and transparent.
